ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ – Boutiques24

การใช้บริการจองคิวผ่าน LINE และ/หรือ บริการอื่นๆ ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้:

1. การจองคิว

  • การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจากร้าน
  • ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาในกรณีจำเป็น

2. การยกเลิก / เลื่อนนัด

  • กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง
  • กรณีไม่มาตามนัด (No-show) ร้านอาจปฏิเสธการจองครั้งถัดไป

3. ราคาและบริการ

  • ราคาขึ้นอยู่กับความยาว สภาพผม และการประเมินหน้างาน
  • ภาพตัวอย่าง (Reference) เป็นเพียงแนวทาง ผลลัพธ์จริงอาจแตกต่าง
  • ร้านไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ที่เหมือน 100%

4. ความรับผิดชอบ

  • ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งประวัติการทำเคมี/สภาพผมอย่างครบถ้วน
  • ร้านไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน

5. การใช้ AI Hair Design

  • เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยจำลองเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่การรับประกันผลลัพธ์จริง
  • ผลลัพธ์ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพผมจริงของลูกค้า

6. การชำระเงิน

  • อาจมีการมัดจำในบางบริการ
  • เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่ร้านกำหนด ณ เวลานั้น

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

  • ร้านจะให้บริการตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ
  • ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความคาดหวังส่วนบุคคลที่เกินจริง

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

By using our booking system via LINE and/or other services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking

  • A booking is confirmed only after our confirmation
  • We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary

2. Cancellation / No-show

  • Please notify at least 24 hours in advance
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

3. Pricing & Service

  • Prices vary based on hair length, condition, and assessment
  • Reference images are for guidance only
  • Results are not guaranteed to be identical

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must disclose accurate hair history
  • We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete information

5. AI Hair Design

  • Simulation tool only, not a guarantee of results
  • Actual outcome depends on real hair condition

6. Payment

  • Deposits may be required for certain services

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided to professional standards
  • We are not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction beyond reasonable expectations

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
